In the beginning of 2021, we acquired the 6,300 square meter property with a house based on the model of the Mietshäuser Syndikat as collective property. Now we are in the process of creating around 600 square meters of living space with affordable rents. We also want to create a space that can be used by structures, organizations and clubs. With this we want to make it possible to promote and help shape subcultural offers and political commitment through self-administration and self-organization in rural areas. This place should serve as a long-term base for regular exchange and joint learning. It thrives on it and invites you to contribute with skills and experience and attach importance to shaping and supporting the project together. We reject and fight against any inhuman way of thinking and acting. Everyone who shares this attitude is welcome. Whenever possible, we try to implement everything on our own and with the active support of our neighbors, friends and relatives when it comes to the core renovation and renewal of electricity, heating and plumbing.
